The collision occurred around 2:49 p.m. on December 2 at the intersection of U.S. 31 and Port Sheldon Street in Olive Township.
According to the Michigan State Police, deputies with the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene where a 42-year-old man from Holland, traveling east on Port Sheldon Street, was struck by a southbound pickup truck towing a utility trailer on U.S. 31.
