Robinson Township, PA (October 14, 2025) – Two men were rescued from burning vehicles following a fiery wrong-way crash on the Parkway West early Saturday morning, October 12. The crash occurred just before Exit 60A in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 376, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 22-year-old Tristan Larson was driving a Toyota in the wrong direction near the Interstate 79 interchange when he struck a Jeep and a Kia sedan head-on. The Jeep and Toyota caught fire after the collision. Fortunately, several off-duty Allegheny County 911 dispatchers who were commuting home from their shift stopped to help at the scene.

Dispatcher Brian Craig and others managed to extract both injured men from their vehicles, working quickly with tools and assistance from a tow truck driver. The driver of the Jeep and Larson were transported to Allegheny General Hospital. The Kia driver was not injured.
