Anderson, MO (December 31, 2025) — A deadly two-vehicle collision occurred early Monday morning, December 29, on Highway 76 in McDonald County, approximately three miles west of Anderson. The crash was reported around 4:40 a.m. and resulted in one fatality and two additional injuries.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident involved a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado traveling eastbound and a westbound 2006 Toyota Sienna. Authorities say the Silverado struck the Sienna, resulting in significant damage to both vehicles. The Sienna’s 44-year-old male driver from Neosho, Missouri, was pronounced dead at the scene by Deputy Coroner David Goens at 4:42 a.m. Two female passengers, ages 30 and 33, also from Neosho, suffered moderate injuries and were transported by EMS to Freeman West Hospital.
