Protect Your Rights After a Fatal Accident Today
Head-on collisions are among the most dangerous types of roadway accidents because vehicles traveling in opposite directions can produce tremendous impact forces. When a driver crosses the centerline and strikes an approaching vehicle, investigators must determine what caused the lane departure and whether negligent conduct contributed to the collision.
Under car accident laws in Ohio, certain surviving family members may have grounds to pursue a wrongful death claim when another party’s negligence causes a fatal accident. Depending on the circumstances, compensation may include funeral expenses, lost financial support, and other damages recognized under state law.
