Arlington, TX (June 11, 2025) – A deadly crash early Tuesday morning claimed the life of one man and left two others injured after a serious two-vehicle collision in Arlington.

News sources show that officers responded to the crash around 6:30 a.m. on June 10 in the 2400 block of North Collins Street. According to the Arlington Police Department, a Mazda 3 carrying two occupants was traveling northbound when it crossed into southbound lanes and was struck by a Chevrolet Suburban carrying two people.

A 23-year-old Grand Prairie man, who was a passenger in the Mazda, was taken to a hospital but later died from his injuries. The driver of the Mazda and a passenger in the Suburban sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were hospitalized. The Suburban’s driver was unharmed.

Both directions of North Collins Street were shut down for nearly three hours while authorities investigated. No charges have been filed at this time, and the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will release the identity of the deceased.
