Oakland, NJ (July 27, 2025) – A heartbreaking pedestrian crash in Bergen County left a child dead and three others injured Thursday afternoon at a busy intersection in Oakland.
According to reports, the collision occurred at approximately 3:43 p.m. on July 24 at the intersection of East Oak Street and Ramapo Valley Road. Authorities from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office said four pedestrians — including at least two children — were struck by a vehicle.
