Livermore, CA (September 25, 2025) – A fatal motorcycle crash claimed the life of 37-year-old Darin Chuck Ming Chan early Monday morning at a busy Livermore intersection.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 4 a.m. on September 23 at the intersection of Airway Boulevard and Isabel Avenue. Chan, a Livermore resident, was reportedly stopped at a red light on westbound Airway Boulevard, preparing to make a right turn onto northbound Isabel Avenue.
While initiating the turn, he lost control of his motorcycle and crossed Isabel Avenue, where he struck a car that was slowing for a red light. After the impact, the motorcycle also collided with a concrete barrier.
