According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred around 1:00 a.m. on November 1 at the intersection of Marsh Lane and Wooded Creek Drive. Police reported that a Chevrolet Tahoe traveling northbound on Marsh Lane ran a red light and crashed into a Mazda.
The driver of the Mazda died at the scene from their injuries. The driver of the Tahoe, along with multiple passengers, suffered serious injuries and were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
