According to the New Jersey State Police , troopers responded at approximately 2:35 p.m. on September 23 to Route 9 north in Upper Township. Authorities said a Mini Cooper driven by Bobbie Stefankiewicz failed to negotiate a curve, crossed the centerline, and collided head-on with a Honda sedan in the northbound lanes.
