Londonderry, NH (June 17, 2025) – A serious three-vehicle collision on Route 102 left one driver with life-threatening injuries Monday night and shut down the roadway for hours during the investigation.
According to reports, the crash occurred at approximately 7:10 p.m. on June 16 near High Range Road. A Toyota Prius traveling westbound on Route 102 crossed into the eastbound lane and collided head-on with a Ford Edge. Immediately after, a Nissan Frontier traveling east also struck the Prius.
Police and fire personnel responded quickly, aided by bystanders already on the scene. The female driver of the Prius was trapped inside her vehicle and had to be extricated by the Londonderry Fire Department. She was transported to Elliot Hospital in Manchester with potentially life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Ford Edge was also hospitalized at Parkland Medical Center in Derry, while the driver of the Frontier was evaluated on scene and released.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by local authorities.
