According to the authorities, officers responded at approximately 10:15 a.m. on Friday, July 25, to a reported pedestrian crash in the 300 block of Mallard Lane.
Authorities identified the victim as James Killough, 81, of Taylor. Emergency responders found Killough unresponsive after he was struck by a vehicle. Despite lifesaving efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
