Tucson, AZ (October 7, 2025) – A motorcyclist was killed Friday night in a two-vehicle collision at a major Tucson intersection, according to the Tucson Police Department.
According to the Tucson Police Department, the deadly accident occurred around 8:30 p.m. on October 3 at the intersection of Speedway Boulevard and Wilmot Road. Investigators say a Chevrolet Silverado had been stopped at a red light on Wilmot Road when the driver entered the intersection against the signal.
At the same time, a Honda motorcycle—traveling eastbound on Speedway Boulevard—also failed to stop for the red light and collided with the pickup truck.
