According to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred around 5:25 p.m. on November 14 along Lakeview Canyon Road, near the intersection with Lindero Canyon Road. A woman in her 20s was walking in the roadway when a vehicle struck her.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and provided immediate medical care before transporting the woman to Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks. She was listed in serious condition following the crash.
The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated fully with investigators.
