San Angelo, TX (November 5, 2025) – A young man lost his life Sunday afternoon in a crash involving two pickup trucks at a busy San Angelo intersection.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the deadly accident occurred around 3:30 p.m. on November 2 at the intersection of Farm to Market Road 2105 and U.S. Highway 87. Officials say 21-year-old Steven Lake Tucker was behind the wheel of a 2008 Ford F-150 traveling west on FM 2105 when he failed to yield at a stop sign. His truck entered the intersection and was struck by a 2002 Ford F-150 heading north on US 87.
Tucker died at the scene from his injuries. His passenger, a 62-year-old San Angelo resident, sustained minor injuries. The 19-year-old driver of the other vehicle was not hurt.
