According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at approximately 4:32 p.m. on September 5 on the eastbound side of Highway 24, just west of the Camino Pablo off-ramp. A rider operating a KTM 390 Duke motorcycle collided with a blue Tesla sedan under circumstances that remain unclear.
