According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred around 2:52 p.m. on September 15 at the intersection of West 23rd Street and North Bryant Boulevard. A white Chevy SUV was traveling northbound on Bryant when it struck a white Honda pickup truck that was heading eastbound on 23rd Street.
Authorities say the driver of the Honda ran a red light, leading to the collision. One person involved was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The identity of the injured person has not been disclosed.
