According to the Pennsylvania State Police, emergency responders were called to the 5500 block of Jacksonville Road in Marion Township at approximately 3:06 p.m. on September 19 following reports of an individual injured while working on a farm.
Upon arrival, personnel from the Howard Fire Department, Beech Creek-Blanchard EMS, and the Centre County Coroner’s Office found the victim, identified as Levi Glick, entangled in a silage chopper. Authorities say the accident occurred while Glick was in the process of filling a corn silo.
