Seattle, WA (October 20, 2025) – A Saturday night crash in Seattle claimed the life of a teenage boy and left three others seriously injured after a vehicle plummeted from a ramp near the intersection of East Marginal Way South and South Spokane Street.
According to the Washington State Patrol and Seattle Police Department, the crash happened at approximately 10:09 p.m. on October 18. The vehicle reportedly struck a ramp barrier before careening off the roadway and falling an estimated 80 feet. It then overturned upon impact.
Four teens were in the car at the time. One passenger, a teenage boy, was ejected and later died at Harborview Medical Center. The 16-year-old driver was trapped in the wreckage and extricated by Seattle Fire Department crews. All four occupants were transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
