The collision occurred at approximately 12:06 p.m. on July 28 along southbound Interstate 15 north of Harvard Road in unincorporated San Bernardino County.
According to the California Highway Patrol, officers from the CHP Barstow Area office responded to the scene and determined that an unidentified man was driving a Toyota Avalon with two female passengers when the vehicle veered onto the right shoulder, left the roadway, and overturned.
