Roberta Hall Willhelm, 76, was behind the wheel of a Buick Park Avenue attempting a left turn onto Saddlehorn Lane when she reportedly failed to yield to oncoming traffic.

Her vehicle was struck by an eastbound Chevrolet Silverado driven by a 20-year-old man from Fort Stockton. Both drivers were transported to Medical Center Hospital. Willhelm suffered critical injuries and was pronounced dead two days later, on Saturday, November 15. The other driver sustained minor injuries.
